His Resurrection of Education in Indonesia

   Indonesia has the opportunity to get ahead in the next two or three decades with the demographic dividend, ie the number of inhabitants of productive age. However, great potential who need well-educated younger generation is facing serious problems, among others, the quality of education is still low.

  Totok Supriyanto, SMA Kemdikbud Development Director, said the problems of education in this country is kept up well despite various efforts by the government.

   Paul Suparno highlights that have not been implementing the national education makes a holistic approach to the whole Indonesian people. "Education was initiated and executed character, but has not become part of our whole national education," said Paul.

  Daoed Joesoef said Indonesia should be a national education act to establish the nation's citizens. "Our national education system need to be aware of their students are citizens of Indonesia, not a tribe of children who were born in one of the areas in Indonesia," he said.
